I go to an aviation school and when planes get hydrolocked....what they tell u to do is remove all spark plugs and crank the engine. All the water will spue out ur cylinder chamber. When u see that most of the water is out. Put spark plugs back in and start motor. There should be enough room for ur piston to move up and down and when u get ignition all the water evaporates with the exhaust. This is all assuming u didnt do any permanent damage to ur engine.
